How to reach us
Write to support@opencrust.app for anything related to an order, your account, or the app.
Write to privacy@opencrust.app for data access, correction, or deletion requests.

Account setup, payment method issues, beta invite problems, address or phone changes.
Order status, ETA questions, wrong order, address mix-up, charge questions.
Refunds and cancellations when an order does not land right.

General feedback, bug reports, and feature requests. We read every message.
Order help
Include your order id when available. You can find it in the app under the order detail screen.
Tell us what happened in plain words. Wrong pizza, no pizza, late pizza, charge looks off, address resolved wrong. Whatever it is.
Do not send raw card numbers, CVC values, passwords, or any sensitive payment credentials. We do not need them and they are not safe to email.
Refunds and cancellations
OpenCrust is promise-focused. You pay for the pizza that actually lands.
If the order is canceled before payment is captured, the authorization is released as a void and you are not charged.
If the order is captured but the pizza does not land right, write to support@opencrust.app and we will review for a refund. See the full Refund Policy for details on what qualifies and how long refunds take to hit your card.
Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, or delete the data we have about you, write to privacy@opencrust.app from the email address on your account.
We may need to verify your identity and order ownership before making changes or sharing data.

Beta access and invites
OpenCrust is in private beta. Access is invite-only. Each invited tester receives a fixed number of invite codes that can be claimed once.
If your invite code is not working, write to support@opencrust.app with the code and the email you tried to claim with.
We open access in small batches. If you are on the waitlist and have not heard back yet, you have not been forgotten. We are routing carefully.
What not to send us
Raw card numbers, CVC values, full payment credentials. We do not need them.
Passwords. We will never ask for your password.
Other people's personal information unless they have asked you to share it on their behalf.
Response times
During private beta we triage in batches and aim to respond within one business day for order issues and within five business days for general questions and privacy requests, faster where law requires it.
If something is urgent (mid-order, charge looks wrong, account locked), say so in the subject line. We prioritize live order problems.
